This is a concept video for the client. The client, Lake Macquarie City Council, recognised that high-quality art could be an added value to a city and enhance its residents' sense of community identity. They wanted to integrate illuminating design into public spaces, engage local and international visitors, and promote interaction between the audience and the surroundings. I.E.E. is an interactive installation designed for MAP mima's Catenary Pathway, which simulate how humans receive information on the internet and eventually feel overloaded and visualise how their attention span saturates with the amount of information they receive on social media each day. It allows people to feel the collision of nature and technology while reflecting on the relationship between themselves and their surroundings.
