Rose Jia
UI/UX design/ design thinking/ prototyping
I’m Rose Jia- a patient, enterprising, and team-working girl. I'm currently working on my master degree of Interaction Design and Electronic Arts at the University of Sydney.
At the same time, I am also a UI/UX designer with a lot of working experience in the media and design industry. In 2021, I just completed my undergraduate degree in Design Computing at the University of Sydney, and I have worked in Sydney WZ Media for half a year, engaged in product marketing and graphic design. Recently, I just completed an internship in the Global Service UX department of BOSCH, a Fortune 500 company, and personally completed a ToB UX project from 0 to 1.
I am passionate about design, and I hope that one day I can create amazing user-centred web design and interactive artwork that brings the best immersive experience to users. In addition, I am very interested in board painting, it is an indispensable part of my life.

Responsible for the promotion and design of the company's customer products, including posters, official accounts, offline event display boards and Weibo contents of partnered KOLs. At the same time, I am also responsible for the packaging design of the company's customer products. Our cooperative customers include: Oli6, HealthyCare, Elevit, Feniu, Biotik, etc. The content of the official account I am in charge of has broken the historical reading record.

2022.12-2023.4 UX Intern
Bosch Information Technology Service Ltd. (GS@UX Intern)
Working as an intern in the UX department of Bosch Global service, I support UX and service design projects with conceptualising customer journey map, persona, storyboard which help illustrate the problem; Align with project management to understand use cases, define workflows and convert them into concrete screen flows, wireframes, and polished visual design quickly and rapidly iterate to finalise the design; Create user-centred designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings. Moreover, I solve visual design problems and support user interview with preparing drafts and materials needed.
During the internship, I have independently completed the ToB UX project - TXCN Data analytics platform, got 4.8/5 User satisfaction rate, 50 NPS Score, 69% platform usability increased, 64% UI uplifting.
Campus Honours
During postgraduate study, the interface design project from the IDEA9105 course was selected to be presented on the MIDEA website. The interface design project is taught as the teaching plan for two consecutive semesters in the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Planning, University of Sydney.
